THE INTERIOR DESIGN IS FURTHER REFINED TOWARDS MINIMALISM AND LUXURY.

Living, dining, kitchen, and family room are laid out as a pure, continuous, rectangular space. Along the facade are a row of dynamic, slanting concrete columns which stand like sculptures in the vast space.

THE BUILDING

Designed by world-renowned architect Bjarke Ingels of BIG Architects and landscaped by visionary Raymond Jungles. The exuberant twisting exterior form, the interior architecture of Grove at Grand Bay is a progression of modern architecture, and an evolution of the Miami high-rise typology.

The project is grounded by a lush garden, with two strong tower forms growing and twisting upward. The ground floor interiors are spaces of negotiation between the exterior and interior, an intersection at which the nature of the Grove reconciles with the modern and luxurious Grove at Grand Bay was envisioned as more than a collection of exceptional private residences. In planning the program of amenities, both private and shared, and the services extended to residents, the objective was to nurture a contemporary notion of uncompromising luxury that exists because of, rather than in spite of, its natural surroundings.
